Help a family of 7 find security - Your support can make a big difference
In a world where unpredictability and challenges often seem to be the only constant, we find comfort in knowing that humanity and community can light up the darkest corners. It is with this hope in my heart that I reach out to you today.
I am writing to you on behalf of a dear family of seven - a dedicated father, a caring mother, and their five beautiful children - who are currently living in extremely difficult conditions in Gaza. Their lives have been characterized by conflict, uncertainty and a constant struggle for the most basic necessities. But despite their situation, they have held on to their hope and dream of a safer and better life for themselves and their children.
The costs of moving the family to a safe place and helping them start over are significant. Based on estimates, it costs $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child under 12. This includes travel costs, visa fees, temporary housing upon arrival, as well as basic necessities until they are able to settle.
It is their dream – a dream of security, peace, and the opportunity to build a brighter future – that has inspired me to start this fundraising campaign. The goal is to raise funds to help them leave Gaza and start a new chapter, a place where they can find safety, education for their children, and an opportunity to live a life free from fear.
How can you help?
Any amount, big or small, can make a huge difference to this family. We aim to raise enough funds to cover travel, accommodation and basic living costs while they take their first steps towards a new life. Here are some examples of how your contribution can help:
Absolutely everything helps, NOK 50-100-200
No donation is too small, and absolutely anything helps. Together we can make a real difference in the lives of these seven souls. Let's show them that they are not alone, that there are people who care, and that there is hope for a better future.
Thank you for taking the time to read about their story. Your support means the world to this family, and together we can help them find their way to safety and peace.
