Filmfestivalen "Rethinking Mental Health"
(English text below)

Samarbeidspartnere
Filmfestivalen arrangeres i samarbeid med:
Mad in America og Mad in the World-nettverket
SPoR (Norsk Sykepleierforbunds faggruppe for psykisk helse og rus), SELL (Senter for livslang læring ved Universitetet Innlandet), Den norske TV-skolen, Lillehammer og festivalen Amandus Blikkfang.

Funding
We have put a lot of time and effort into applying to a number of relevant foundations and organizations for support to fund the film festival, but we’ve been turned down time and time again. We’ve left no stone unturned, and that’s why we’re now launching a crowdfunding campaign.
We have core funding from Mad in America and some support from the Eastern Norway Film Center and the municipality of Lillehammer. Many have purchased festival passes and are helping in this way to cover the costs.
The festival will go on regardless, but we are short 150.000 NOK to cover all the costs of renting the theater and administrative support afterward.
We thank those of you who have already contributed.
Filmmakers and others contributing during the festival do so without compensation or reimbursement for travel expenses.
A spirit of volunteerism and idealism has created this festival. This also applies to the organizers.
It all stems from our shared commitment to change in services and a paradigm shift in the way we approach human suffering and life crises.
Contribute and gain access to videos from the festival
You can contribute by donating any amount, large or small. Every contribution is welcome.
Those who contribute will gain access to recordings from the film festival—that is, all speeches, panel discussions, and presentations. These will be filmed and made available to those who receive links and passwords.
Links to many of the films on the program, which are legally available to watch online, will also be shared with you.
Organizations and persons that contribute at least 5.000 NOK will have their logo (or name) featured on the film festival’s website and program.
Collaborating partners
The film festival is organized in collaboration with
Mad in America and the Mad in the World network
SPoR (the Norwegian Nurses Association’s professional group for mental health and substance abuse), SELL (Center for Lifelong Learning at Innlandet University), the Norwegian TV School, Lillehammer, and the Amandus Blikkfang festival.
