Umoja means Unity in Swahili. The Umoja Norway app has been created with the simple belief that there is power in unity. We want to provide a platform where black-owned enterprises, organisations and professionals in Norway can flourish. We believe that by promoting and supporting black-owned, we are together uplifting communities and fostering a sense of pride in the people that live in Norway.

Discovering and supporting black-owned businesses, organisations and professionals in Norway has never been this easy, here is how you do it:

1. Just open the app to search and discover black-owned companies, organisations and professionals across Norway
2. Use the map interface to navigate the companies, organisations and professionals nearest you
3. Support the companies, organisations and professionals near you by connecting with them on social media

Are you a black-owned business, organisation or professional?

1. Promote your business, organisation or service by creating a profile in the App
2. Show up at the top of search results when users search for similar companies by promoting your services
3. Are you arranging an event? Share your event in the Apps event calendar
