Innsamling for å få ut mine søsken fra Rafah til Egypt.
To my cherished companions,
It's with a heavy heart that I address you today, reflecting on 5 months of relentless conflict that ravaged our homeland, leaving us bereft of everything we held dear – our homes, aspirations, and beloved friends. Throughout these tumultuous days, we've demonstrated unwavering resilience, bearing witness to the horrors of war and sharing our plight with the world. Yet, despite our collective efforts, the war rages on unabated. In light of this grim reality, I have assumed the solemn duty of facilitating my family's evacuation to safety. Despite our best endeavors to highlight our suffering and fortitude, our once cherished abode now stands as a desolate wasteland, devoid of life's essential comforts.
At the beginning of the war, my siblings Wirud, Zaki, Farah, and Mahmoud, who is Wirud’s husband , were all in the same house. However, after my sister's house was bombed, they were all trapped under the rubble, sustaining injuries. Wirud’s husband was martyred, and since then, my sister Farah has been suffering from paralysis on the left side of her body, unable to move or sleep on that side. Doctors have advised that she needs treatment, but for the past five months, she hasn't had the opportunity to receive it. Farah, who is 19 years old, is experiencing issues with the left side of her body, and we need to get her to Egypt for treatment. My brother Zaki also sustained minor injuries to his foot, stitches in his nose, and some bruises and contusions on his body. They are all in Rafah now with my sister Ghada and her three children, whose father's fate is still unknown. Some of my siblings are still in the north, but unfortunately, we cannot help them.
At least now, I want to help those residing in Rafah: Farah 19 years old, Zaki 21 year’s old, and Ghada 24 years old with three children. Rafah the place which is currently under threat of annihilation by Israel. I hope for your assistance as soon as possible. You will be the reason for saving a human life. After I receive the money from this collection they will be sent to Hala- a tourist agency that also help Palestinians to cross the Rafah-border into Egypt. My three siblings and the three children of my sister will then be waiting on Rafah pass over to Egypt.
As the international community and the International Court of Justice stand silent in the face of ongoing genocide, they find themselves abandoned to endure this unfathomable horror alone. It is with a heavy heart and a desperate plea that I reach out to you, faced with the daunting task of saving my family from the relentless grip of this war. Time is of the essence, as my elderly and ailing parents languish without access to medical care, their health deteriorating with each passing day. The anguish of helplessness weighs heavily upon me as I witness their suffering, unable to alleviate their pain. Our only hope lies in evacuation through the Egyptian borders, yet this path demands a staggering $7500 per person to pass through the Rafah crossing. I implore you to join me in this race against time, to rally support and resources to ensure the safe passage of my family before it's too late. Every moment counts, and the fate of my loved ones hangs precariously in the balance. Their lives are my most cherished treasure, and their wish to remain together echoes through my every plea. I beseech you, share this message far and wide, stand with them in their hour of they need, and let compassion guide them towards a ray of hope amidst the darkness of despair.
As we embark on this next phase, our current campaign aims to secure the necessary funds to facilitate the safe passage of my family across the border. To achieve this, we must raise 500 000kr for all of the six individuals, enabling them to navigate the Rafah border crossing. Your steadfast support in championing this cause and safeguarding their well-being is profoundly appreciated. With heartfelt gratitude,
