UPDATE!

The camp has ended up being massively more popular than expected 😍

This is great news for the movement, but means some accomodation issues in Copenhagen for us. 

Given that we have not managed to hit capacity, we have made the decision to shift modes of transport - we will be buying individual bus tickets for Oslo activists to travel, leaving us with more resources to help everyone who needs it with accomodation. 🌱

The direction of all donations has NOT changed - all money is going towards travel and accomodation - just organized somewhat differently to account for the sudden change in situation.

En koalisjon av aktivister i København arrangerer en stor protestleir, "Cut Ties With Genocide" fra 21.–26. februar. Det blir deltakere som kommer fra hele Europa for en uke med læring, undervisning og fellesskapsbygging. Vi organiserer en buss for aktivister i Oslo som skal reise sammen og delta på leiren!

Vi ønsker å delta med en sterk tilstedeværelse fra Norge, for å bygge bånd med aktivister over hele EU i disse kritiske tidene. Vi har fått en redusert leiepris på 50 000 kr for bussleie fra Solibus.dk, og selv om vi håper å dekke så mye som mulig blant oss selv...

Så: vi ser etter donasjoner fra organisasjoner, aktivister eller andre personer som ønsker å bidra, men som ikke kan delta personlig. Alle bidrag er velkomne 💚 selv om du bare kan sende 50 kr, er det til stor hjelp!

A coalition of activists in Copenhagen is hosting a mass protest camp to Cut Ties With Genocide this february 21-26, with participants arriving from all over Europe for a week of learning, teaching and community building. We're arranging a bus for activists based in Oslo to travel together and join the camp!

We want to show up with a strong Norwegian activist presence, and to build links with activists throughout the EU in these critical times. We have been offered a reduced rental price of 50.000kr for a bus rental from Solibus.dk, and while we hope to cover as much of this as possible amongst ourselves...

So: we're looking for donations from organisations, activists, or any  individuals who want to contribute but are not able to join in person. Any amount helps 💚 even if you have just 50 kr to send, it's hugely welcome!

In the event we manage to make over the required amount, then any  excess funds will go towards helping offset other costs during the trip -  transport within Copenhagen, contributing to accomodation and food, etc.
