Salam aleykom

Nå i ramadan 2026 er fokuset vårt å samle inn penger til trengende i Kenya. Der er det mye behov i slumområdet Kibera. Takket være deres tidligere bidrag har flere akseptert Islam, Alhamdulillah.

Nå er målet å bygge en stor vanntank, toalett og ikke minst dele ut mat. Foreløpig er målet satt til 30.000kr, men In Shaa Allah jo mer desto bedre.

Allah sier i Quran;

And they (righteous people) give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, (Saying), "We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude.

[76:8-9]

Those who spend their wealth [in Allah's way] by night and by day, secretly and publicly - they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."

"Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allah a goodly loan - it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward."

A person asked Allah's Messenger ﷺ

What (sort of) deeds in or (what qualities of) Islam are good?" He replied: "To feed (the poor) and greet those whom you know and those whom you don't know."
